Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@attaboythreads.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our warehouse on the Gold Coast.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note all returns will be at the customers expense unless faulty. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.

Faulty Products and Return Process

In the rare instance of receiving a faulty product, we understand the importance of prompt resolution.

We encourage customers to report any issues by providing photos or videos showcasing the problem with the received items within 14 days of order delivery. This proactive approach enables us to assess and address the concern

efficiently. Upon verification of the reported issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit equivalent to the value of the faulty product/s. This ensures a swift resolution and minimizes any inconvenience on your end.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
At Attaboy Threads, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers, especially your little ones. To maintain stringent hygiene standards, our Training Pants products are classified as sanitary items, leading us to implement a firm "No Return Policy." This means that returned sanitary products, regardless of claims of being unused, unworn, and unwashed, cannot be accepted or resold. Our commitment extends beyond environmental concerns; it is also about safeguarding your child's health.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
