Gold Coast Pickups:

• If you live close to Maudsland, GC and would like to save on shipping by picking up your order, please feel free to send us an email or DM on socials.
• We will provide you with a discount code to remove the shipping cost.
• Once your order is ready, we will send you a message with further details on how to collect your order.

 

Missing Parcels:

• In the unfortunate event that your parcel is delayed or lost, we understand the frustration this may cause.
• The investigation process with the Courier's Investigation Team may take up to three months, and we appreciate your patience during this time.
• While we are committed to finding a solution, please be aware that these timeframes are beyond our control.

 

Incorrect Information:

• Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
• Business addresses must include the business name to ensure accurate delivery.
• If parcels are not collected or need to be returned due to insufficient or incorrect information provided by the customer, postage costs cannot be refunded.
